Corn flour, natural colours, annatto (from the seeds of the annatto tree and curcumin ( extract of turmeric root), natural vanilla flavour.
Put one tablespoon of custard powder in a bowl with one tablespoon of raw cane sugar, add one tablespoon of milk and mix into a smooth paste.
Boil a pint of milk add the custard mix, stir thoroughly, return to the saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring, reduce the heat and simmer until custard is smooth
Once you have made up the paste, add remaining milk from a pint
cook on full power for six minutes in a 650 watt microwave, stir once after 3 minutes
