Cooking Instructions
Either soak butter beans overnight or place in water bring to boil for 3 minutes remove from heat and leave in the water for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse beans.
Peel skin.
Place in large pot and cover with 10 cups of fresh water per pound of beans, bring to boil and simmer until tender.
Drain beans.
