Corn Starch 74%, Water, Prawn (crustacean) Extract 8%, sugar, salt.
Deep fry in cooking oil in deep saucepan. Heat oil 210C or until oil is smoking. Test with one prawn cracker first. Put cracker into the oil and within 5 seconds it should expand and float. When oil ready put 5-10 crackers in at a time. Drain off excess oil and serve while hot.
Cook 3 or 4 crackers on high for 20 seconds.
