Soya chunks are high in protein

Cooking instructions

Soak in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until the chunks have expanded prior to cooking ( roughly 1.1 ratio of chunks to liquid)

once fully expanded and water has been soaked up it is ready to use

Add to stir fries, curries or your favourite dish and cook until warmed through completly
